RECAP

woah! completely forgot about this but now i'am back on track! (punn)

SO i have officially been back to practice for two weeks now (YAY!)

Ran my first 5k of the season in 24:26. my goal for this season is 20 flat

This week so far

mon- repeat k's (ran them in like 4:30 and then my last one in 4:12) then 10 50 meter sprints and lastly a 2mile cool down.

tuesday- 10-300 meter striders, 3 i mile-400m sprint repeats and 10-50 meter sprints

today-mile repeats for an hour at about 8:30 pace.
